Refund policy

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged or an incorrect item was delivered. Customers must contact us within 3 days of successful delivery with photo or video proof while opening the products. Returned products must be unused and include original packaging. Some product listings may include AI-enhanced or stylized images for presentation purposes, thus colors, lighting, and visual effects may appear slightly different in enhanced images; additional gallery images are provided to show the actual product appearance from different angles (except die cast models). Returns will not be accepted for change-of-mind or minor packaging imperfections. Minor dents, scratches, or creases on the outer box may occur during shipping and are not considered defects. Refunds will be processed when we recieve the products back in the same condition in which it was received.
